1. Definitions
Company: Refers to Xplora Luxe, a provider of luxury-curated experiences.
Customer: Refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using Xplora Luxe’s services.
Experience: Refers to any curated luxury service or activity booked through Xplora Luxe.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
2.1. Payment: All experiences must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Xplora Luxe accepts major credit cards and other forms of digital payments.
2.2. Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received, and the Customer receives a confirmation email.
2.3. Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by the company due to unforeseen circumstances. Refer to Section 6 for details on cancellations.
2.4 Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
3. Experience Modifications
3.1. Service Changes: Xplora Luxe reserves the right to modify experiences, including venue, time, or included services. We will notify Customers of any significant changes.
3.2. Special Requests: Any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, special event arrangements) must be communicated at least 48 hours before the experience.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1. Age Restrictions: Customers must be at least 18 years old to book an experience.
4.2. Identification: Customers are required to carry original identification (passport, ID card) to verify bookings, especially when instructed by the service provider.
4.3. Personal Safety: Customers must comply with safety instructions provided during experiences. Xplora Luxe is not liable for accidents resulting from the Customer’s failure to follow these instructions.
4.4 Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
5. Liability and Limitations
5.1. Third-Party Providers: Xplora Luxe partners with third-party providers to offer curated experiences. While we vet our partners, Xplora Luxe is not responsible for their actions or failures.
5.2. Limitation of Liability: Xplora Luxe will not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during an experience unless proven to be caused by gross negligence on the part of the company.
5.3. Force Majeure: Xplora Luxe is not responsible for cancellations or modifications due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.
5.4 We will not trade with or provide any services to individuals, entities, or countries sanctioned by OFAC.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Customer Cancellations: Bookings are non-refundable. However, Customers may request to reschedule up to 72 hours before the experience. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6.2. Company Cancellations: In the rare case Xplora Luxe cancels an experience, Customers will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
7. Health and Safety
7.1. COVID-19 Regulations: Customers must adhere to any government regulations regarding health and safety, such as wearing masks and maintaining social distancing where applicable.
7.2. Health Declaration: Customers should disclose any pre-existing health conditions that may impact their ability to participate in certain experiences.
8. Use of the Website
8.1. Website Content: All content on the Xplora Luxe website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Xplora Luxe and may not be copied or reproduced without explicit permission.
8.2. Customer Data: By booking through the website, Customers agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.3 Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://xploraluxe.com policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
9. Termination of Services
9.1. Breach of Terms: Xplora Luxe reserves the right to terminate services to Customers who violate these Terms and Conditions, including engaging in unlawful behaviour or damaging company property.
10. Dispute Resolution

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

10.2. Dispute Handling: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with UAE law.
