Xplora Luxe Refund Policy
At Xplora Luxe, we strive to deliver exceptional luxury experiences. That being said, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Full Refunds in Exceptional Cases: Under exceptional circumstances, such as technical failures, unexpected severe weather conditions, medical emergencies affecting attendance, a partial or full refund may be considered. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account all relevant factors, including customer feedback and evidence.
No Refunds on Redeemed Experiences : No refunds will be given once you've redeemed the services you booked
Fair Usage: To ensure fairness and prevent any misuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that we believe are made in bad faith or with the intention to exploit the system.
Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your experience up to 72 hours before the booking date, subject to availability.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be credited to your account and can be redeemed within a period of 90 days. In exceptional circumstances, funds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card.
