Big Red Adventures
Safety Info:
- Safety briefing before the tour.
- We provide a helmet and gloves for buggy drives.
- All attendants have first-aid training.
- Machines are customised for desert touring.
- Recovery by Land Cruiser throughout the tour.
- 4-point safety harnesses installed on all machines.
Restrictions:
- To drive a buggy, you must be at least 16 years old.
- No driving license required.
- Passengers must be at least 5 years old with a head circumference of 53cm & height: 110cm.
- Pregnant women, individuals recently recovering from surgery and those with heart conditions are not permitted on buggy rides.
Useful Information:
- Complimentary private transfers from central Dubai.
- Pick-up time is 1 hour before session start time.
- Buggy tours with private setup must be booked 72 hours in advance.
- Water, soft drinks, and refreshments provided.
- Snacks available at an additional cost AED 50.
- GoPro cameras available for AED 150.

Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A confirmation email or SMS will be sent once your booking is processed.
Vehicle Usage
- The rented vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.
- The renter is responsible for any damages, fines, or violations incurred during the rental period.
Insurance
- Comprehensive insurance is provided, but excess charges may apply for damages not covered under the policy.
- Additional coverage options can be purchased at the time of booking.
Late Returns
- Late returns may incur additional charges as outlined in the rental agreement.
- Customers are advised to inform in advance if they anticipate delays.
Maintenance and Repairs
- Any mechanical issues should be reported immediately.
- Unauthorized repairs are prohibited and may result in additional charges.

ActionFlight Amazing Adventures
FOR AEROBATIC FLIGHT
- Aerobatic flights are a weather-dependent sport. Action Flight has the right to cancel operations due to unsuitable weather conditions.
- Your aerobatic flight ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, but confirmation of booking date must be made via Action Flight’s website.
- For aerobatic flights, Action Flight requires you to be at or below our height and weight requirements.
*Max. height: 1.93m/6’4”
*Max. weight: 110.0 kg/240 lbs
- You must be at least 12 years or older (according to the Gregorian calendar) on the day of your activity, have parental consent and must be capable of following pilot instructions and getting in and out of the aircraft unassisted.
- If you are 70 years old or older on the day you skydive, you must self-certify that you are physically able to undertake this activity.
- There must be no alcohol or drugs in your system 24 hours before a participate in your chosen activity.
- You should not scuba dive 24 hours before the date of your flight.
- Due to the fact the aerobatic aircraft will depart from RAK International Airport, you must bring your valid passport.
- Please note that the pilot in charge has the final absolute discretion to refuse to permit any person if in his opinion that person may be a danger to the flight, such as people who failed or were unable to follow safety instructions or if a person is physically unable to perform safety protocols (brace position etc).
GENERAL INFORMATION
When placing an Order for one of Action Flight’s activities, you will be required to provide certain information, as such as your address and billing information, as well as personal health and medical details. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current.
No refund is available for this experience. You are entitled to rebook your activity within 12 months of the purchase date of the Ticket. If you are unable to take up the activity for any reason, you may contact the Xplora Luxe team to arrange a transfer of the voucher to a 3rd party. We will need to collect the full details of the 3rd party from you, to ensure a seamless transfer.
All passengers, as part of the activity purchase, must self-certify that they are medically fit to undertake the activity.
Notes About Booking:
Each aircraft can carry one passenger plus pilot.
***IMPORTANT We require airport security preapproval FOR ALL PASSENGERS and companion/spectators.
This means at the time of booking we require:
1. Passport
2. Passport photo
3. Valid VISA, or UAE national ID and
4. Working mobile phone number for the verification message
- All passengers must complete liability waiver document and upload a copy of their Identity documents as stated above.
- You will be asked to declare your religion for airport entry pass / security purposes
- No loose items permitted in the aircraft (bags, phones etc)
- Be aware of the maximum passenger height and weight limits. Max height:1.93m/6’4” Max. weight:110.0 kg/240 lbs
- Child minimum age 12 years old
On the day of your flight
Please make your own way to the RAK International Airport – directions will be given after booking.
- Allow 3 hours for the total experience (depending on distance to and from hotel),
- Flight duration: APPROXIMATELY 20 minutes
- ActionFlight G–FORCE aerobatic flights are weather-dependent. ActionFlight has the right to cancel operations due to unsuitable weather conditions.

Rental Requirements
- Age and License: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Insurance: All rentals include basic insurance. Additional coverage is available for an extra fee.
Rental Period
- Duration: Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Vehicle Use
- Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were rented.
- Prohibited Uses: Vehicles cannot be used for racing, towing, or off-road driving.
Liability
- Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance.
- Fines: Renters are responsible for any traffic violations or fines incurred during the rental period.

Zerzura Experiences
Age policy:
- Adults: Individuals over 16 years old can drive with parental consent.
- Children: Kids aged 5 years and above (or 100 cm tall) are welcome to accompany them.
Good to know:
- Arrive 15 minutes before your session.
- All passengers must present a valid ID (copy or original).
- Dress comfortably in casual attire with - Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all participants.
- Not recommended for children under 5 or pregnant women.
- A maximum of 2 or 4 guests per buggy is allowed, depending on the buggy's capacity.
- Safety gear, including helmets and goggles, must be worn while operating the buggy.
- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
Cancellation & refund Policy:
- 7 days to 48 hours before tour departure: No cancellation fee.
- 48 hours to 24 hours before tour departure: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before tour departure: 100% cancellation fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking. In the event of cancellation, we assume no liability, and any payments made will be refunded in full to the named charterer.
- Cancellations may occur due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or changes in government regulations. In such cases, satisfactory upgrade options will be offered when available.

Information on how far in advance customers need to book (our standard policy is 24 hours prior booking)
- Shared Tour - we accept bookings not less than 2 hours from the departure time.
- Private Tour - we accept last minute booking or 1 hour before the tour but if guests asked for food packages, atleast 24 hours for our chef to prepare the food.
- For cancellation 72 hours prior to the booking date is free of cost otherwise the full rate shall be charged to the second party.
